Heart is located in the middle of the chest in slightly anterior position with the tip of the heart pointing at slight angle to the left downwards. Heart consists of two auricles and two ventricles. Auricles are smaller chambers than ventricles.

In anterior view of the heart, the large chambers are seen dominantly. As the heart pointed to the left direction, right ventricle is more dominant in view than left ventricles. The anterior surface visible in anterior view is of right ventricle surface.

Thus, in the anterior visual view, right ventricle dominates.
